The hype train keeps on rolling as we march Once More Unto the Breach in anticipation of Swarm of Eyes’ upcoming 5-song EP. If you haven’t already, you can still snap up your preorder via our Kickstarter campaign — along with some other sweet perks. But before you pony up your hard-earned cash, you might be wondering what this metal masterpiece looks and sounds like. And that’s what Randy Carter, Swarm of Eyes’ lead singer and part-time Price Is Right model is here to show you in this action-packed unboxing video! (Eat yer heart out, Janice Pennington!)
- SEE the packaging, artwork, and everything included inside!
- HEAR a preview of the track “Dead Eyes”!
- THRILL to exclusive commentary and the full track listing!
- REJOICE in the glory of Digipak and that real CDs you can hold (and smudge with fingerprints) are still alive and well!
For those of you who don’t know, Randy has a YouTube channel side project where he shares his love of comics, illustrated art, and is frequently disappointed by CGC graded comics that make their way back to him, covered in layers of treacherous bubble wrap.
From time to time, he also has awesome guests on to chat comics, including Swarm of Eyes’ very own guitarist — and comics author extraordinaire — George O’Connor. (Need more of the Swarm of Eyes guys in your life? Check out part 1 of Randy’s interview with George about his latest comic, Vampires On Mars.)
Stay tuned for even more updates and sneak peeks as we move closer to the official release of Once More Unto the Breach! Thanks for hanging with us!
